• 500 K – light weight with great power
500 kg capacity with a weight of less than 240 kg (depends on the
version) shows an exemplary light version with keeping the pay load at
the maximum.
The 500 K also has got a standard power pack which is located in the
mounting frame equal to the big standard lifts. As an option there is
also a bigger compact power pack available.
This lift is especially designed for small size trucks and offers a 600 mm arm length.
The 3 piece CE underrun bumper is designed for vans up to 7,5 t.

500 minifix - the solution for panel vans
The MBB minifix is designed especially for delivery vans and is the completing link in MBB's wide range of tail lifts.
The minifix has a very low weight and has a load capacity of 500 kg at a 600 mm load centre.
It has one very strong lift cylinder and one push/pull tilt cylinder,
which is integrated in the aluminium platform. The special arrangement
of the cylinder also allows a very shallow installation. It is driven
by a compact, low noise power pack and controlled by our well proven
MBB compact control system, as known from all MBB ATHLET® quattro Tail
lifts.
The MBB minifix will be delivered with vehicle specific mounting
brackets to assist the quick fitting of the tail lift. The new shape of
mounting bracket and newly designed lifting arms will make the lift
easy to fit and avoids extensive bodywork.

• Cityfix 500 - the compact lift for city deliveries
The cityfix 500 is characterised by it’s high 500 kg load capacity yet
with a very low weight, which minimises its impact on van payload. It
differs with other MBB tail lifts as it is mounted inside of the van.
Retracted, the cityfix 500 needs less space than 36cm (14 inches) -
this produces maximum capacity in the narrowest space. The load
capacity of 500 kg makes the cityfix 500 most versatile in helping
almost every transport task.
The sturdy steel-platform has a useful-area of ca. 0,9 m2 (1010mm x
864mm) and is linked to the van by the bridging plate that operates
automatically. Due to the proven parallel-arm technology, the platform
lowers to ground horizontally avoiding any tilt action.
The low-noise electro-hydraulic drive is mounted directly to the mount
frame behind a cover. In the event of a low battery or power failure,
the cityfix 500 even has a built in manual back up system where the
hydraulics can be hand pumped to operate the lift. This guarantees a
safe and failure-free use of the lift-unit.
The innovative self-positioning roll-stop completes the cityfix 500.

• 750 KS - special for small distribution vehicles
An "S" combining with 750 K is mentioned for special small versions. In
this case system dimension is reduced from 1100 mm to 500 mm. The
benefits of a smaller version is an easy fitting to vehicles like for
example Mercedes-Benz-Sprinter etc.
The latest feature is a low noise and spray resistant protected power
pack which is located in the mounting frame. The 4 cylinder lifting
gear is available with 600 or 700 mm arm length. There is also a choice
between steel and alu platforms.

• 1000 ATHLET®quattro - The new light weight with 4 cylinders

• 1500 KL -the light weight with 1500 kg capacity
If you require an optimised pay load, you will need more than 1500 kg
capacity and if a platform height up to 1800 mm is enough, the 1500 KL
tail lift will be optimal for you. The tail lift has got a weight of
435 kg (alu platform with a platform height of 1572 mm) is much lighter
than the 1500 K. The load centre is according to the norm 600 mm. All
options for the more sturdy 1500 K are also available for the 1500 KL
tail lift. The only difference comparable to the 1500 K is the
availability of bigger platform sizes. The 4 cylinder lifting gear can
be delivered alternatively with 700, 800 or 900 mm lifting arms.

• 2000 K – the tail lift for efficient distribution of goods
Tail lifts with 2000 kg capacity and large platforms with more than 2
meters height are necessary for the professional distribution of goods.
Typical are food chains and beverage sales.
Big distribution vehicles take the commissioned goods with norm pallets
and roll cages to the unloading places. Up to 5 roll cages or 2 pallets
are being transfered at the same time.
This requires a additional special equipment of the platforms with roll
stops and devices for side unloading. Available are 5 arms from 700 up
to 1100 mm to cover virtually all installation possibilities. The
sturdy lifting gear is especially designed for very large platform
dimensions (alu and steel design).

• 2500 K - optimised capacity tail lift special for beverage logistics
Special uses require special lifts : The model 2500 K was due to its
stability and capacity developed specially for hard requirements. We
have chosen an efficient middle between the sometimes too big 3000 kg
lift and the not always satisfied 2000 K. We are able to offer a full
range of options on the suitable platforms as well.

• 3000 K - for heavy weights
Stability and design was very important during development of heavy
weight tail lifts up to 3000 kg. A very sturdy gear with 4 cylinders
and a stiff platform construction with a load centre of 800 mm make a
gentle loading sure. Because of the new sensor controlled electric,
there is a possibility of easy fitting of hydraulic stabiliser legs.
Additional benefits are a powerful, low noise power pack located in the
mounting frame which reduces the noise during loading and unloading to
a minimum. The 3000 K is available either with steel or alu platforms
and completes the seamless MBB product range from 500 to 3000 kg.
